The QUĘSTUM Enterprise and Research Centre aims to provide a safe environment for our clients, their employees and all visitors to the Centre.

All clients occupying units within the Centre possess an up to date Safety Statement in compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and associated regulations.

The Centre complies with the requirements of the Institute's "Code of Practice on Fire Safety Management". The QUĘSTUM Enterprise and Research Centre Manager is the Fire Safety Manager for the Centre.

We ask all clients to communicate with visitors, suppliers and contractors to ensure their co-operation with the following conditions:

(i) A speed limit of 15km per hour is in operation throughout the carpark which must be observed by all Clients, their employees and agents. All personnel using/visiting the QUĘSTUM Enterprise and Research Centre must at all times drive with due care and attention and comply with any policy/ traffic control measures which may be introduced from time to time.

(ii) All personnel using/visiting the QUĘSTUM Enterprise and Research Centre must comply with parking regulations in force in Limerick Institute of Technology.

(iii) Smoking is prohibited throughout the QUĘSTUM Enterprise and Research Centre and any area within 6 meters of all entrances, exits, open windows, ventilation intake systems and covered entryways of the building.

(iv) All floors, walkways stairs etc… are kept clear and free from obstruction.

(v) Any defects in floors, doors and fittings, lights, equipment etc in the common areas are reported without delay to the QUĘSTUM Enterprise and Research Centre Manager.
